I’m a trail runner, cyclist, and sports massage therapist with a deep appreciation for sore legs and happy adventures. I know firsthand the highs of conquering a tough climb… and the lows of wondering if your quads will ever forgive you. That’s why I do what I do.

With a background in yoga and sports massage therapy, I take a movement-focused approach to recovery. I don’t just dig into tight muscles—I help you understand what your body needs to keep up with your passion, whether that’s chasing singletrack, logging road miles, or getting lost in the mountains.

As an athlete myself, I’m a big believer in the power of regular sports massage to keep the body moving well—especially during heavy training blocks and around big goal events. It’s become an essential part of how I stay injury-free, recover faster, and feel ready to show up at my best.

One area only—perfect for niggly calves, tight hamstrings, or grumpy glutes.

45 Minute Sessions
Great for focusing on a few connected muscle groups (think: legs & glutes, back & shoulders) or giving some TLC to those high-load training zones.

60 Minute Sessions
The most popular full body tune up.

90 Minute Deep Dive
Ideal for full-body maintenance with extra time to address key problem areas—your body will love you for this one.

2 Hour Ultimate Reset
Head to toe, tension to freedom. A full-body, fascia-loving, muscle-melting experience. Perfect pre- or post-race, or when you’re long overdue for a proper reset.
