I’m a trail runner, cyclist and bodywork therapist with a deep appreciation for tired legs, tight shoulders and the joy of moving well. I know the highs of a tough climb, and the frustration of a body that feels overworked or out of balance. That’s why I do what I do.
With a background in yoga, movement and sports therapy, I combine deep tissue, targeted recovery work and restorative techniques to release tension, improve mobility and support long-term resilience.
You don’t have to be an athlete - but you’ll be treated like one.

My Approach
Sports Massage Therapy
As an athlete myself, I’m a big believer in the power of regular sports massage to keep the body moving well—especially during heavy training blocks and around big goal events. It’s become an essential part of how I stay injury-free, recover faster, and feel ready to show up at my best.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is designed to release built-up tension and ease chronic tightness from training, stress or long hours at a desk. I work slowly and intentionally into areas that need attention, helping restore mobility, reduce discomfort and bring your body back into balance.
Relaxation Session
Sometimes your body simply needs to slow down. Relaxation sessions are gentle, flowing and restorative - designed to calm the nervous system, ease general tension and help you fully switch off. This is time to breathe, reset and leave feeling lighter and deeply restored.
